June Newsletter... Summer Is Coming!
Dear MGA Links Members:
Spring has finally sprung here in New England, and we are getting ready for the summer months to bring us plenty of sun and fun here at MGA Links.
As you finish up the long school year we have a few reminders for the upcoming season.
- The First Tee of Massachusetts sign up is under way and many spots are already filled. If you would like to participate in the program this summer please call the pro shop to see if there is space available. The cost of the program is $25 for all members and $75 for non-members.
- The final Saturday Morning Clinic for the month will be held on June 18. We'll see you there.
- The Monday Junior League has started and we remind anyone who would like to participate to call the pro shop to sign up. We start play at 4:30 p.m. every Monday.
- Our second Parent-Child Tournament of the season will be held on Saturday, June 25. Cost for the event is $30 for one parent and one child team. Sign up as a twosome or a foursome no later than Thursday, June 23. To sign up please email me at pwalsh@mgalinks.org.
- The course will be closed for limited times on the following dates for outings. Please plan accordingly.
- Monday, June 13 - We have a 9-hole outing on the back 9 beginning at 4:00 p.m. and our Junior League will be playing on the front 9 at 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, June 17 - We are hosting a private outing, so the course will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Saturday, June 25 - Our Parent-Child Tournament will be held that day. The course will be closed from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
