May Newsletter... Happy May Day!
Dear MGA Links Members:
We hope you all had a great April Vacation. As we prepare for the nice weather and the season to really get started, we want to inform you of a few things this month.
- Junior Clubs Are Coming... We have just placed an order for junior golf clubs with Powerbilt Golf. These are a nice set of starter clubs for the younger player. We also have some clubs on order for those ready for the adult-size sets.
- Pro Shop Inventory... We still have a few pairs of junior shoes left from last season that we will have on sale in order to make room for the new line of shoes. We are also in the process of ordering junior shirts as well. Swing by the Pro Shop to take advantage of our great Spring deals.
- Saturday Morning Clinics... will be held on May 7th & May 21st. The Monday Junior League has started. Play begins at 4:30 p.m. every Monday. Spots are available, so please email pwalsh@mgalinks.org to reserve your spot.
- Parent Child Tournament Alert...Our first Parent Child Tournament of the season will be held on Saturday, May 14th. Cost for the event is $30 for one parent and one child team. Sign up as a twosome or a foursome no later than Thursday, May 12th.
- Course Closures... The course will be closed for limited times on the following dates for outings. Please plan your rounds accordingly.
- Saturday, May 14 (Parent Child Tournament) - course closed from 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 15 (BC High Father Son Tournament) - course closed from 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, May 20 (Norton Police Event) - course closed from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- Saturday, May 21 (Relay for Life Event) course closed from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
