April Newsletter... Welcome Spring!

We hope you all had a great off season this year. I can’t believe that all that snow has melted away so quickly! That of course is some great news for all golfers.

We are happy to announce that the course is now open for play and we will be here from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the last week of March. Beginning the week of April 4th we will be here from 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. seven days a week.

Please let your friends know that we are open and for them to sign up for the season if they have not already done so. We hope to you and your friends here at MGA Links this coming season. A few reminders for the month of April.

• We will host our Junior Member Orientation on Saturday, April 16th at 8:00 a.m. and then again for the girls at 9:00 a.m. This is a chance for us to to talk about MGA Links and all that we have to offer during the 2011 season.
• The Massachusetts Golf Association will be hosting an MGA Rules of Golf Seminar at the Links on Thursday, April 28. This seminar is open to the general public and will cover the basic rules procedures and several of the new Rules of Golf related issues that have been introduced over the past two years.
  Snacks will be served and the cost per attendee is $20. You can learn more and register online at www.mgalinks.org.
  

In the meantime, we hope that you all are studying hard and getting ready for your April vacation when we look forward to seeing you here at the Links.
