Open to any father and daughter team who are both members at an MGA member club. (The WGAM hosts the counterpart event every year - the Mother and Daughter Championship.)
Beginning in 2011, the MGA introduced a Junior Division (daughters - ages 17 & under) and Senior Division (daughters - 18 & older) at this popular event. The event features 18 holes at foursomes stroke play (selected drive - alternate shot).
JUNIOR DIVISION: Entries are open to any amateur Father and Daughter team (daughters who have reached their 13th birthday and will not reach their 18th birthday by midnight August 8, 2013) who both hold a membership at an MGA member club. A father may only play one round, with one daughter, in the Championship. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis.
SENIOR DIVISION: Entries are open to any amateur Father and Daughter team (daughters who are 18 or older as of midnight August 8, 2013) who are both members of an MGA member club. A father may only play one round, with one daughter, in the Championship. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis.
