Championships: 2016 Father & Daughter Championship

Boylston, MA
| August 11
Championship Division | Forward Division

The Haven CC

ENTRY CLOSE: Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.

Entries are open to any amateur Father and Daughter team who both hold a membership at an MGA member club. A father may only play one round, with one daughter, in the Championship. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis.

Division Overview

Beginning in 2014, the MGA implemented a Championship Division and Forward Division based solely on the course yardage. Teams can register for either one of the divisions regardless of a daughter's age. There is no handicap requirement for this event.

About the Father & Daughter

Open to any father and daughter team who are both members at an MGA Member Club. (The WGAM hosts the counterpart event every year - the Mother and Daughter Championship.) Competitors may select to compete in either the Championship Divison or Forward Division. The event features 18 holes at foursomes stroke play (selected drive - alternate shot).
