Four-Ball Championship

A Spotlight on the Host Sites
The Massachusetts Four-Ball Championship has been a favorite among competitors since its introduction in 1981. Since that time, the event has traveled across the state from the far reaches of Cape Cod through Worcester County and into the Great West.

In 2007, the MGA is excited to welcome the event back to Worcester County where the two-person teams will face two challenging courses in Mount Pleasant Country Club and Shaker Hills Golf Club. Here is a bit more about the host sites.

Mount Pleasant Country Club
Mount Pleasant Country Club is a private, members-owned country club located in a beautiful setting on Boylston, just 10 minutes from the intersection of Route 495 and 290. The Club includes a magnificent championship golf course, with over 280 well-manicured acres, that is home to the annual NEPGA Pro-Pro Tournament and was the site of the 2001 Massachusetts Open Championship. Shaker Hills Golf Club
Shaker Hills Golf Club features a 6,850-yard 18-hole championship layout. Multiple tee positions on every hole provide an endless variety of attack angles and landing areas, making the course ideal for both experienced and beginner golfers.
