Headline: Play Golf America Campaign Comes to Massachusetts; Get Involved Today

Norton, MA – If you haven't heard of Play Golf America, you are missing out on tremendous copportunities to connect with your local golf professionals to improve your game or enjoy a fun introduction to the game. Programs aimed at players of all ages and abilities are scheduled all summer long.

The month of May is Free Lesson Month where any interested golfer receive a free 10-minute lesson from a local PGA Golf Professional. Other programs offered include Women's Golf Week, Take Your Daughter to the Course Week, Family Golf Month and the Annual PGA Play Golf America Day, which is scheduled for June 2 at Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy.

PGA Free Lesson Month
Last May, nearly 7,500 PGA Professionals nationwide gave more than 147,000 free 10-minute lessons. From all indications, 2007 PGA Free Lesson Month will be even better!

Take Your Daughter to the Course Week
Enjoy favorite sport with your favorite girl during Take Your Daughter to the Course Week! Courses hosting the event offer a free greens fee to young ladies accompanied by a paying adult all during the week and at least one free clinic. Many courses will offer additional special promotions; contact your local participating course to find out what they will be offering. Use this opportunity to take your daughter, granddaughter, or niece to your favorite course and introduce her to your favorite pastime.
