The Massachusetts Golf Association is governed by a 26-member executive committee, elected by and from its member clubs. Six individuals from the executive committee serve as officers of the corporation. MGA officers include a President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Counsel.

The officers and executive committee formulate policy and directives for the organization's professional staff to implement and manage.
